Meeting Macau

Clare Hudson, of Travel Counsellors, and Becky Marchant, of Bath Travel, discovered the island’s appeal.  Clare said: “It was just what I expected. I love the Portuguese influence (especially the food) and the heritage, together with all the lovely hotels.  I can see it as a great combination with Hong Kong as a dual centre trip or as a stopover instead of Hong Kong en-route to Australia or New Zealand. Combining it with other Far East destinations on a tailor-made multi-centre tour would also be definitely worth considering. “

Becky added: “Macau is a great destination and I was really pleased we got to experience so many different aspects of it, as this makes it easier to sell to clients. I think Macau has something to offer many different people, from business travellers to holidaymakers - it has so much to offer.  The options are truly endless and there is so much to see and do. I agree it makes a great stopover destination or even as a trip on its own. I had an amazing time and am really grateful for the chance to experience Macau.”
